1. General Terms

By purchasing from Appliances 4 Less Eustis (“we,” “our,” “store”), you agree to the following terms:

• We specialize in open-box, scratch-and-dent, and discount appliances.

• All appliances are tested for functionality and sold at a reduced price compared to MSRP.

• Because of the open-box nature, minor cosmetic blemishes may be present.

• We provide clear product descriptions and encourage inspection before purchase.

2. Payment & Delivery

• Payment is due in full at time of purchase (in-store or online order confirmation).

• Local delivery is available. We do not ship appliances by parcel carrier. Contact the store before purchase to confirm delivery availability, charges, and scheduling.

• Customers choosing self-pickup are responsible for safe transport.

3. Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage is separate from ordinary returns. Failed appliances can be brought back to our Eustis store for warranty replacement or store credit under the applicable warranty terms. Contact the store for help with a warranty claim and the warranty supplied with your appliance.

4. Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept ordinary returns of non-defective appliances, including change-of-mind returns. Defective appliances may be brought back to the store for the warranty replacement or store-credit process described above. This warranty remedy does not create a general return or cash-refund policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing cosmetic issues disclosed at sale.

• Damages caused during delivery by third parties not hired through our store.

• Customer installation errors, improper use, or external issues (plumbing, electrical, water lines).
