1. General Terms

By purchasing from Appliances 4 Less Eustis (“we,” “our,” “store”), you agree to the following terms:

We specialize in open-box, scratch-and-dent, and discount appliances.
All appliances are tested for functionality and sold at a reduced price compared to MSRP.
Because of the open-box nature, minor cosmetic blemishes may be present.
We provide clear product descriptions and encourage inspection before purchase.

Payment is due in full at time of purchase (in-store or online order confirmation).
Delivery services are available at an additional charge; all delivery terms will be confirmed at purchase.
Customers choosing self-pickup are responsible for safe transport.

Every appliance includes the manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable).
Extended warranty plans may be purchased separately.
Warranty coverage applies to functional defects, not cosmetic scratches/dents disclosed at purchase.

Our return policy is strict due to the open-box nature of our business.

All sales are final unless the appliance fails to function properly within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
If a defect is reported within 48 hours:
- We will attempt to repair or exchange the appliance.
- If neither option is available, a refund will be issued.
Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Appliances with customer-caused damage, installation issues, or cosmetic concerns are not eligible for return or refund.
For self-pickup customers, returns must be brought back to the store unless pickup is arranged for an additional fee.

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing cosmetic issues disclosed at sale.
Damages caused during delivery by third parties not hired through our store.
Customer installation errors, improper use, or external issues (plumbing, electrical, water lines).
